“Tips and tools for young professionals.”

My Name is Rethabile Maphosa, I’m 26 year of age. I’m from a small-town Lichtenburg in the North-West province. I am a Bachelor of Accounting graduate and currently in working as a Senior Associate in Audit in one of the “Big four firms”. I’m also part of the SAICA 2022 mentorship program and a Miss International South Africa top 24 finalist. I would describe myself as assertive, passionate, easy going. I’m passionate about education.


“I believe that education is the key to progress and to make meaningful changes in society, transformation needs to take place in the way people think. I believe that the only way a person can truly grow is by challenging their way of thinking..”
